We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Solution Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft Copilot. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience designing, deploying, and optimizing Modern Work and collaboration solutions that enhance productivity, knowledge sharing, and AI-driven experiences. Responsibilities Role Summary The Copilot Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) is a trusted advisor and technical leader responsible for accelerating customer value realization through Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI‑powered productivity solutions. This role blends deep solution architecture expertise with solid advisory skills to design, govern, deploy, and optimize Copilot experiences at enterprise scale—ensuring measurable business impact, secure adoption, and sustainable outcomes. 1. Solution Architecture & - Delivery Lead end‑to‑end solution architecture for Microsoft 365 Copilot scenarios across collaboration, content, meetings, and workflow intelligence Translate business priorities into scalable Copilot architectures aligned with Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Viva) Drive technical design reviews, reference architectures, and deployment readiness for Copilot and related AI services Partner with account teams to unblock complex architectural challenges and accelerate time‑to‑value* Ensure architectural decisions align with customer environments, identity models, and information architecture ## 2.
