<p><strong>Clinical Research Associate (Freshers & Final-Year Students)</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Bengaluru, Karnataka</p><p><strong>Organization: </strong>Clinogenesis Research Organization </p><p><strong>Department:</strong> Clinical Operations</p><p><strong>Type: </strong>Full-Time / Internship Track | Freshers Only</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Role </strong></p><p>Clinogenesis Research Organization is offering an exceptional career-launch opportunity for life science graduates and final-year students in Bengaluru to step into the clinical research industry. </p><p><br></p><p>As a junior Clinical Research Associate (CRA), you will train directly under senior clinical operations experts, mastering site management, regulatory standards, and trial documentation from day one.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong></p><p>Trial Documentation & Site Files: Assist in maintaining investigator site files (ISFs), essential regulatory documents, and case report forms (CRFs) with high accuracy.</p><p><strong>Site Coordination Support:</strong> Support day-to-day on-site or remote coordination of clinical trial activities under senior supervision.</p><p><strong>Protocol & Regulatory Compliance:</strong> Help ensure all clinical workflows rigorously adhere to ICH-GCP (Good Clinical Practice), local regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards.</p><p><strong>Patient & Investigator Liaison:</strong> Assist with investigator support tasks and participant coordination logistics.</p><p><strong>Continuous Learning:</strong> Actively participate in clinical operations training modules, departmental reviews, and protocol workshops.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Eligibility Criteria</strong> </p><p><strong>Education:</strong> Completed or currently pursuing a B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, or M.Sc in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Nursing, Biochemistry, or equivalent healthcare/pharmaceutical fields.</p><p><strong>Experience:</strong> Strictly for freshers and recent graduates/final-year students looking to break into clinical research. (Candidates with prior commercial CRA experience are not eligible).</p><p><strong>Core Competencies:</strong> Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.</p><p><br></p><p>Exceptional attention to detail and organized documentation habits.
