Role Description The Client Relations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi. This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their marketing objectives, and coordinating internal teams to deliver campaigns and projects on time. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, preparing and delivering presentations, tracking project progress, and ensuring a positive client experience throughout the engagement. The Client Servicing Executive will also address client queries, gather feedback, support campaign performance reviews, and contribute to ongoing relationship-building and upselling opportunities.
