Job Description: Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with a strong background in high-rise residential construction and hands-on experience with Aluminium Formwork (MIVAN) systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, quality control, and coordination of civil works while ensuring adherence to project timelines, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

*Supervise and execute civil works for high-rise residential construction projects.

  • Manage site activities, ensuring work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
  • Oversee installation and execution of Aluminium Formwork systems.
  • Mandatory experience with Aluminium Formwork execution.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and equipment utilization.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and maintain project documentation.
  • Verify measurements, bills, and work completion reports.
  • Identify construction risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in high-rise residential construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of RCC construction, structural drawings, finishing works, and construction methodologies.
  • Familiarity with project planning, quality control, and site safety practices.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project reporting.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
  • Candidates with prior experience in high rise residential project and aluminium formwork.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet project deadlines.
  • Willingness to work on-site across Delhi NCR.
Additional Information:
  • This is a 5 days/week, WFO role in Delhi-NCR • There are 2 to 3 rounds in the interview process (1 F2F interview is mandatory)
