Child Development & Education Intern

We are looking for passionate and observant students pursuing B.Ed., B.El.Ed., Child Psychology, Psychology, Early Childhood Education, or related fields to participate in an IIT-based education and child-development project. The project will provide an opportunity to interact directly with kindergarten students, understand their learning and behavioral patterns, and contribute to a structured project report.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend a 1-day training session before starting the project with IIT Delhi.
  • Interact and engage with kindergarten/early-age students in a classroom environment.
  • Observe students' behavior, communication, participation, and learning patterns.
  • Conduct activities/interactions as per the project guidelines.
  • Maintain structured observations and field notes.
  • Coordinate with the project team and submit reports within the given timeline.

Pursuing/Graduated students from

Project Duration 10 -15 days

1 Day Training will be provided by IIT Delhi before the project begins.

Travelling costs will be reimbursed.

Project Locations

Delhi NCR

While we are primarily reaching out to Delhi NCR based colleges, selected students may need to travel to project locations within NCR and nearby regions, depending on project requirements.

Possible locations may include: Delhi, Gurgaon (Gurugram), Noida, Greater Noida, Meerut, Saharanpur and Agra.
