This role blends hands-on scribing expertise with operational leadership , ensuring high-quality clinical documentation, efficient workflows, and strong provider satisfaction.The ideal candidate will have deep experience in US healthcare documentation , proven ability to manage distributed teams, and strong communication skills to interface directly with physicians and stakeholders.This role reports to the Operations Head and plays a critical role in driving accuracy, turnaround time (TAT), and overall team performance .ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership &

  • Operations ManagementManage and oversee a team of 10-15 medical scribes (live + offline)Plan and execute shift scheduling and resource allocation based on client requirements (US time zones)Monitor and drive productivity metrics (charts per day, TAT, utilization)Ensure optimal distribution of workload between Live scribing and Offline scribing.Act as the primary escalation point for operational challengesHands-on Scribing &
