Channel Sales Specialist – APAC

Job Description:

  • Recruit and replace PVTC Select channel partners and establish long-lasting relationships
  • Generate regional data-driven insights and maintain a lead pipeline
  • Qualify leads, arrange meetings, and pitch Pearson testing center value propositions
  • Negotiate contracts, including payment, equipment, facility upgrades, and staffing arrangements
  • Finalize contracts and obtain partner signatures
  • Ensure assigned channel footprint meets client expectations, focusing on on-site retention and targeted needs
  • Drive profitable testing volumes and grow regional revenue and product sales
  • Provide sales and recruitment support to PVTC Select channel partners
  • Develop and manage channel partners to maximize satisfaction, opportunities, and profitable volume targets
  • Partner with market managers on IT and Professional client revenue-generating activities
  • Provide feedback on procedures, channel sales tools, and systems
  • Record calls, emails, and communications in Salesforce and generate reports
  • Work with cross-functional teams across culturally and professionally diverse Pearson offices
  • Promote and maintain a safe and healthy working environment and support Health and Safety, Security, Quality, and Business Continuity policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 3+ years customer relationship management required
  • Experience working with the Microsoft Office Suite required
  • AI literacy and proven track record of basic skills, as well as willingness to learn
  • 3+ years sales or recruitment experience strongly preferred
  • Experience working in Salesforce preferred
  • Quota experience preferred
  • Additional languages preferred but not required
  • Effective communication, influencing, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work successfully with teams around the globe
  • Cultural awareness
  • High level of business acumen
  • Ability to run reports and generate data-driven insights in IntelliVUE or similar systems
  • Relationship building and maintenance skills
