Canva & Social Media Marketing - Internship (WFH)


About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Create professional eBooks, PDFs, posters, worksheets, planners, checklists, and digital templates using Canva
2. Design social media posts, carousels, stories, Reel covers, banners, and promotional creatives
3. Create attractive and consistent designs according to brand guidelines
4. Research current design trends and develop new creative concepts
5. Resize and optimize designs for different platforms
6. Maintain organized Canva files, templates, and design assets
7. Assist in researching digital product ideas and market trends
8. Create unique digital products suitable for online marketplaces such as Etsy
9. Design product covers, mockups, thumbnails, and listing graphics
10. Prepare product files in appropriate formats such as PDF, PNG, JPG, and editable templates where required
11. Assist in creating product descriptions, titles, tags, and basic SEO-friendly content
12. Study competitor products and identify opportunities for new digital products
13. Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms
14. Assist in developing weekly/monthly social media content calendars
15. Create captions, hooks, headlines, and basic promotional copy
16. Schedule and organize social media posts
17. Research trending topics, hashtags, content formats, and creative ideas
18. Monitor basic engagement and content performance
19. Suggest new content ideas based on audience interests and trends
20. Assist with basic keyword and competitor research
21. Support promotional campaigns for digital products
22. Help maintain content and creative libraries
23. Participate in brainstorming sessions for marketing campaigns
24. Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaign creatives and promotional materials
