We are seeking an experienced and qualified Cambridge Certified Specialised PGT Teacher to deliver engaging and academically rigorous online instruction to senior secondary students. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality online classes for Cambridge IGCSE / AS & A Level students in the assigned specialised subject. Develop structured lesson plans, presentations, assignments, assessments, worksheets, and other instructional resources aligned with the Cambridge curriculum. Ensure effective delivery of subject concepts while maintaining Cambridge curriculum and assessment standards. Conduct interactive and engaging virtual classes using appropriate digital teaching platforms and tools. Prepare students for Cambridge examinations through systematic syllabus coverage, revision, assessment, and examination-oriented preparation. Design and conduct regular tests, quizzes, assignments, mock examinations, and other assessments. Monitor student attendance, participation, academic performance, and overall progress. Provide constructive and timely feedback to students on their academic performance. Identify learning gaps and provide appropriate academic support, remedial instruction, and individual guidance where required. Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, student performance, and academic progress. Maintain a professional, inclusive, and engaging virtual classroom environment. Participate in academic meetings, teacher training, curriculum planning, parent interactions, and other school activities as required. Collaborate with the academic team to ensure effective curriculum delivery and student outcomes. Stay updated with changes in the Cambridge curriculum, syllabus requirements, assessment methodologies, and examination guidelines. Mandatory Qualifications & Requirements: Master's Degree in the relevant subject from a recognised university. Minimum 2+ years of teaching experience , preferably at PGT/Senior Secondary level. Mandatory: Relevant Cambridge International certification/training. Candidates must possess valid evidence of Cambridge curriculum/teacher training , such as: Cambridge International subject-specific teacher training Cambridge IGCSE / AS & A Level training Cambridge Professional Development Qualifications (PDQs) Cambridge educator/professional development certification Other recognised Cambridge International teacher training relevant to the subject Prior experience teaching Cambridge IGCSE / AS & A Level is mandatory/preferred depending on the assigned subject. Strong understanding of the Cambridge curriculum, syllabus structure, learning objectives, and assessment methodology. Strong subject knowledge and ability to teach senior secondary students effectively. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Proficiency in online teaching platforms, LMS, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other digital education tools. Ability to independently conduct structured, engaging, and interactive online classes. Cambridge Certification Requirement: Candidates must provide details/evidence of their Cambridge training or certification during the recruitment process. Candidates with Cambridge-certified training and demonstrated experience teaching the relevant Cambridge subject will be considered for the position.
