OverviewAbout the Role:Stealth Mode Three is looking for a confident, customer-focused Sales & Customer Support Representative to join our remote team.This role is primarily sales-focused and requires someone who can confidently communicate with customers over the phone, understand their needs, build trust, and guide them toward making informed purchasing decisions.The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and the ability to convert customer inquiries into successful sales while maintaining an excellent customer experience.During slower periods, this role will also support customer service operations by handling emails, live chats, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound customer calls and respond to customer inquiriesUnderstand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutionsConvert customer conversations into successful sales opportunitiesGuide customers through the purchasing processProcess customer orders accurately during callsBuild strong customer relationships through professional communicationHandle customer emails, live chats, and support requestsMaintain accurate customer records, notes, and order detailsAssist with administrative and customer service tasks as requiredWork collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:Strong spoken English with a neutral or near-native English accentPrevious experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or call center environmentsProven ability to close sales and achieve targetsExcellent communication and active listening skillsComfortable working US business hoursReliable internet connection and a professional remote work setupAbility to multitask between calls, chats, and emailsStrong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindsetAbility to work independently in a remote environment

Work Schedule:6 days per week9-hour shifts including a 1-hour unpaid break1 weekly day off (Saturday or Sunday)US business hoursPayment frequency: Twice per month
