Role Description This is a full-time remote Telemarketer role focused on supporting wellness professionals who use, or may benefit from, the WellnessZ platform. The Telemarketer will make outbound calls to potential and existing business clients to introduce platform features, qualify leads, and schedule product demos or appointments. Daily tasks include explaining the value of WellnessZ's services, answering initial questions, documenting call outcomes in CRM tools, and following up with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline. The role also involves coordinating with the sales and customer success teams to ensure smooth handoffs, maintaining call performance metrics, and providing feedback on customer needs and market trends.

Candidates should possess Customer Service and Sales skills to handle inquiries, address concerns, and convert qualified leads into appointments or opportunities.

Candidates should possess Appointment Scheduling skills to efficiently book demos, consultations, and follow-up calls using digital calendars and CRM systems.

Comfort with remote work tools, CRM or lead management software, and basic computer proficiency.

Ability to work with targets and meet call volume, conversion, and appointment-setting goals.

Prior telemarketing, inside sales, or call center experience in B2B or SaaS environments is an advantage.
