Langford Staffing is recruiting experienced Call Center Sales Representatives for a client operating high-volume consumer calling campaigns.

You will speak with consumers through an automatic dialer, explain the reason for the call, ask brief qualification questions, handle objections, and connect interested consumers with the appropriate sales representative.

This is a performance-focused calling position. You will not complete the final sale, but you must be able to gain attention quickly, keep reluctant consumers engaged, and secure qualified live transfers.

How To Apply

Apply with your résumé. If your background aligns, you will receive a link to complete a short pre-recorded video interview within 24–48 hours.

The interview includes realistic call scenarios designed to evaluate your communication, objection handling, sales ability, and judgment.

What You'll Do

  • Make continuous outbound calls using an automatic dialer.
  • Deliver clear and confident call openings.
  • Ask campaign qualification questions naturally.
  • Respond to rejection, suspicion, and common objections.
  • Build enough interest and trust to move qualified consumers forward.
  • Secure permission for warm or live transfers.
  • Introduce the consumer to the receiving sales representative.
  • Enter accurate call notes, outcomes, and dispositions.
  • Respect opt-out requests and campaign requirements.
  • Meet hourly and daily performance expectations.

Campaigns may involve health benefits, insurance, telecommunications, or other consumer products and services.

Required Experience

  • At least three years of recent experience in outbound calling, telesales, call-centre sales, lead generation, appointment setting, or live transfers.
  • Experience making high-volume calls through an automatic dialer.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle objections and keep conversations moving.
  • Experience meeting call, transfer, appointment, conversion, or sales targets.
  • Strong spoken English and clear telephone communication.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional with difficult consumers.
  • Accurate CRM notes, call dispositions, and follow-up records.
  • Availability to work full-time during U.S. Eastern Time calling hours.

Experience with Convoso, Five9, NICE CXone, Genesys Cloud CX, CallTools, Readymode, or a comparable dialer is preferred.

  • A quiet and professional workspace.
  • Reliable wired internet of at least 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
  • Backup internet and power arrangements.
  • The ability to use a dialer, CRM, and campaign information simultaneously.

What Success Looks Like

Success will be measured through:

  • Qualified and accepted live transfers.
  • Hourly and daily calling performance.
  • Objection-handling effectiveness.
  • Call quality and professionalism.
  • Qualification accuracy.
  • Correct call dispositions and records.
  • Attendance, reliability, and schedule adherence.
  • Compliance with campaign requirements.

Who Will Succeed

The right person is persuasive, resilient, and comfortable speaking with consumers continuously throughout the day.

You must be able to recover after rejection, respond confidently to objections, and ask consumers to take the next step without becoming aggressive or misleading.

You should also be receptive to coaching and able to apply feedback quickly to improve your results.
