About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Real Estate Telecaller to handle prospective property buyers, qualify leads, explain residential and commercial property opportunities, and schedule site visits for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call and follow up with leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, property portals, referrals, and other marketing channels.
  • Understand customers’ property requirements, preferred location, configuration, and budget.
  • Explain relevant residential and commercial projects clearly and professionally.
  • Qualify interested prospects and schedule site visits or meetings with the sales team.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups with potential buyers.
  • Update lead status, call remarks, follow-up dates, and customer requirements in CRM.
  • Re-engage old and inactive leads.
  • Coordinate with sales executives for scheduled site visits and customer meetings.
  • Work toward daily calling, qualified-lead, site-visit, and conversion targets.
  • Maintain professional communication and build strong customer relationships.

Requirements & Tech Stack

  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Hindi communication is essential; *working English is preferred*.
  • Basic understanding of real estate sales or telesales is an advantage.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and handling customer objections.
  • Strong follow-up and lead-management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM, WhatsApp, and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.

Qualifications

  • Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
  • Candidates with experience in real estate telecalling, pre-sales, inside sales, property portals, lead qualification, or customer follow-up will be preferred.
