Call Center Officer - Online Banking Support (Canada WFH)

Job Summary:

The Elite Job is seeking highly motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Call Center Officers supporting online banking services across Canada. This is a work-from-home (WFH) position, allowing you to work remotely while providing exceptional service to clients using digital banking platforms. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with account inquiries, online transactions, technical issues, and general banking questions. Our ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers regarding online banking services.

  • Assist customers with login issues, password resets, and navigation support.

  • Provide accurate information about account balances, transactions, and other banking inquiries.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with online and mobile banking applications.

  • Ensure customer data is handled securely and confidentially.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department while maintaining ownership until resolution.

  • Deliver excellent service by adhering to quality assurance and call handling standards.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems.

  • Stay up to date on online banking policies, procedures, and digital platform updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
