Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Agents to represent a leading Telecom Provider. As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely, professional, and effective support. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Provide accurate information regarding telecom services, plans, promotions, and billing.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases to appropriate departments when needed.

  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and efficiency, ensuring timely resolution.

  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.

  • Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality metrics.
