Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, Henrik Muller-Hansen and working closely with the Gelato leadership team, you will support the day-to-day activities of the CEO. You will be driving the business and implementing change, ensuring that what is agreed upon is actually delivered, interacting with senior leaders and with external stakeholders, including customers, strategic partners, and investors. You will be at the core of the strategic agenda, participating in strategy meetings, contributing to the preparation materials and following up on decisions related to the board. You will also gain hands-on operational experience across all functions, for example supporting marketing, growth initiatives, customer engagements, making business cases, leading projects, and product management. In other words, you will get a unique education of entrepreneurship and deep insight into what it means to build, lead, and scale a global technology company that is growing exponentially.

The expected tenure in this position is 12-18 months. Upon completion, we will work together and identify the relevant leadership position in Gelato.
