About the Role

Saanvi Nexus Global Talent Solution is looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager / Executive to drive client acquisition and revenue growth across India and international markets.

You will be responsible for independently identifying prospects, generating leads, connecting with decision-makers, developing client relationships, generating recruitment requirements, presenting solutions, negotiating commercials, and closing new business.

This is a high-ownership, target-driven role. You will be expected to build your own pipeline and manage the complete sales cycle without depending on company-provided leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients across India and international markets.
  • Independently generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Identify and connect with HR Heads, CHROs, Talent Acquisition Heads, Hiring Managers, Founders, CEOs, and other decision-makers.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
  • Conduct client meetings and understand hiring requirements.
  • Present suitable recruitment and talent acquisition solutions.
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate commercials.
  • Drive opportunities from prospecting through successful closure.
  • Coordinate with recruitment/delivery teams after client acquisition.
  • Develop repeat business and expand existing client accounts.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and pipeline reports.
  • Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.

Candidate Profile We are looking for a hunter-style Business Development professional who:
  • Has minimum 3 years of relevant B2B Business Development / Client Acquisition experience.
  • Has mandatory experience in the Recruitment & Staffing / RPO / Executive Search / HR Services industry.
  • Has a proven track record of independently generating leads and acquiring clients.
  • Is comfortable with cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn prospecting, and direct outreach.
  • Has strong communication, negotiation, relationship management, and closing skills.
  • Is target-oriented, persistent, proactive, and commercially driven.
  • Can manage the complete sales cycle independently.
  • Can work effectively from home with minimal supervision.
  • Takes complete ownership of results and commitments.
Candidates with 810 years of highly relevant experience may also be considered based on their track record. Recruitment & Staffing industry experience is mandatory.

Candidates from unrelated industries without relevant Recruitment/Staffing Business Development experience will not be considered.
