About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. B2B Field Sales & Business Development

1. Identify and engage with potential B2B and retail partners in the assigned territory.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective business partners.
3. Drive the adoption and sales of Zopper's Device Protection, Extended Warranty, and Insurance solutions.
4. Understand partner requirements and identify new business opportunities.

B. Field Sales & Market Visits

1. Visit multiple retail stores and business partners across the assigned territory.
2. Conduct regular market visits to understand partner requirements and identify market opportunities.
3. Execute sales strategies effectively across the assigned territory.
4. Work towards assigned business targets through consistent on-ground engagement.
5. Support Zopper's existing retail-store and partner engagement model through regular market visits and sales enablement.

C. Partner & Stakeholder Management

1. Build strong relationships with retailers, promoters, service centers, and other business stakeholders.
2. Act as a point of contact for partner queries and requirements.
3. Resolve partner concerns and coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.
4. Maintain regular engagement and visibility across the assigned partner network.

D. Sales Enablement & Training

1. Conduct product presentations and training sessions for retail partners and promoters.
2. Explain product features, benefits, and sales propositions to channel partners.
3. Help partners effectively communicate Zopper's protection solutions to end customers.
4. Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities to improve sales.

E. Market Intelligence & Reporting

1. Track competitor activity, market trends, and customer and partner feedback.
2. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and partner interactions.
3. Share regular updates on market visits, sales performance, and business opportunities.
4. Provide relevant market insights to the reporting manager.

F. Digital & Relationship Engagement

1. Engage with business partners through WhatsApp, calls, email, and other digital channels.
2. Follow up on leads, partner requirements, and business opportunities.
3. Maintain regular communication with the assigned partner network.
