About the Role As a Business Analyst at Moove is a pivotal position responsible for developing and maintaining management information systems (MIS), analyzing operational data, and supporting the central operations team in optimizing processes and reporting. This role requires a strong understanding of data analysis, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. What Youll be Doing - Producing high-quality research on assigned topics in a timely manner. - Conducting rigorous data analysis and providing valuable insights that would aid Executive decision-making. - Presenting research and data using cutting-edge tech tools for high-value audiences. - Supporting Executive outreach and external relations efforts. - Liaising with both senior internal and external stakeholders (Senior Management, Board of Directors, Business Partners, Governmental Agencies, etc.) to support the Executive agenda. - Creating, reviewing, interpreting Financial/ Business Models - Creating high-impact presentations and other communication pieces as directed by the Executive/ Leadership What You will need for this position - 2+ years of experience in Analytics but we will consider candidates with less - experience if they meet our other requirements - Preferred B. Tech degree. - Candidates must have a background in Business Analysis - Excellent written & verbal communication skills - Proven experience in data analysis, or a similar analytical role. - Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). - Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with database management (SQL preferred). - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. - Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and concisely to non- technical stakeholders. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Experience in the financial services or mobility sector is a plus Who You'll Be Working with: Directly reporting to our Regional Managing Director-INSA, and closely working with our Operations Team.
