Role Description The BSc Nurse at Cosma Fertility will provide comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care to individuals undergoing fertility and related women’s health treatments. This full-time, on-site role in Noida includes assisting physicians with procedures, preparing patients, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and infection control standards.

The nurse will manage medication administration as per prescriptions, maintain accurate patient records, coordinate appointments, and support patient education on treatment plans and self-care. Daily responsibilities also include collaborating with the medical team, responding to patient queries with empathy and clarity, and contributing to a safe, respectful, and confidential clinical environment.

Qualifications

  • BSc in Nursing from a recognized institution and valid nursing registration with the appropriate council.
  • Clinical experience in women’s health, fertility, obstetrics/gynecology, or related areas is preferred.
  • Strong patient assessment skills and proficiency in basic clinical procedures, vital sign monitoring, and medication administration.
  • Knowledge of infection control practices, clinical documentation standards, and hospital safety protocols.
  • Effective communication and counseling skills, with the ability to provide clear explanations and emotional support to patients and partners.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, manage time effectively, and adapt to evolving clinical needs.
