FinCrime AI roadmaps covering GenAI, Agentic AI, ML, XAI and Regulatory AI use cases. Experience NICE Actimize SAM (Suspicious Activity Monitoring) and WLM (Watch List Management)., SAS AML, FircoSoft, Oracle FCCM, Quantexa, NetReveal or Norkom is an added advantage<br><br></li></ul><strong>Your client responsibilities</strong>:<br><br><ul><li>Need to work as a Technical Business Systems Analyst in one or more FinCrime projects.</li><li>Interface and communicate with the onsite coordinators</li><li>Completion of assigned tasks on time and regular status reporting to the lead</li><li>Regular status reporting to the Manager and onsite coordinators</li><li>Interface with the customer representatives as and when needed</li><li>Willing to travel to the customers locations on need basis<br><br></li></ul><strong>Mandatory skills</strong>:<br><br><strong>Technical:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Implement AI governance, investigator copilots, intelligent alert triaging and case summarization solutions.</li><li>AI roadmaps covering GenAI, Agentic AI, ML, XAI and Regulatory AI use cases.</li><li>Intelligent Alert Prioritization, False Positive Reduction, Network Analytics, Fraud Prediction and SAR Narrative Generation. </li><li>Expert in NICE Actimize AML solutions including SAM (Suspicious Activity Monitoring), WLM (Watch List Management), Actimize Case Manager (ACM) and ActOne. Strong experience in scenario configuration, threshold tuning, alert generation, workflow configuration, sanctions screening, PEP screening, adverse media screening and alert optimization.</li><li>Experience with fincrime data model, data mapping, ETL processes, REST API integrations and Java customizations. Cloud, CI/CD (Bitbucket, Jenkins, Git, Nexus) and container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.</li><li>Experience with Fincrime tool and cloud implementations. Proficient in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, performance tuning and application support.</li><li>Experience in Agile Methodology</li><li>Application and Solution (workflow, interface) technical design</li><li>Business requirements, definition, analysis, and mapping</li><li>Understanding of Bigdata tech such as Spark, Hadoop, or Elasticsearch</li><li>Scripting/ Programming: At least one programming/scripting language amongst Python, Java or Linux/Unix Shell commands and Scripting.</li><li>knowledge of Kafka integrations and implementations is an added advantage.</li><li>Strong experience in end-to-end Fincrime or Fraud implementation programs including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, SIT, UAT, deployment, upgrades, migrations and cloud transformation initiatives.
