We're on the lookout for a committed, motivated Team Leader who will be part of the inbound team at our Avalon National Distribution Centre - VIC. Day in the life - Manage daily work plans and prioritise tasks within your team - To manage the standard operating procedures to meet planned KPIs - Proactively identify and undertake initiatives to drive improved efficiency, safety and service within your team - Ensure compliance of safety policy and procedures (including HVNL/CoR) - Utilise your knowledge of WMS dispatch systems, freight carrier software - Provide training and guidance to the team through training, and ongoing support - Assist in maintaining and developing warehouse operations systems and procedures for product handling and storage requirements, receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management, and shipping What we need from you is straightforward. along with your strong communication skills & your ability to build strong working relationships, you bring exceptional organisational experience. You're organised, reliable with a strong work ethic & you're the person that just gets things done!
