Associate Vice President, ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management Leader

The Company is seeking an AVP, ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management Leader with a strong technical background in ServiceNow and a focus on integrated risk management. The successful candidate will be responsible for the architectural design and implementation of the ServiceNow IRM solution, with a key emphasis on policy and compliance, audit, and various risk management processes. This role requires a leader who can guide the team in the adoption of scalable, business-aligned risk and compliance solutions, and who is adept at fostering a risk-aware culture through technology enablement. The AVP will also be involved in the design and development of enhancements, as well as the automation of risk management processes. Experience in Agile development, particularly with SCRUM, and a strong understanding of ITIL V3/V4 are essential.

Applicants for the AVP, ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management Leader position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6 years' of experience with service management tools in a technical capacity, or in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years' of relevant experience. The role requires a Certified ServiceNow System Administrator and Certified Application Developer, with at least 1 year of experience, and a background in implementing ServiceNow IRM. Desired skills include professional certifications such as CIA, CISA, CRISC, CISSP, or PMP, and experience with other GRC technology solutions.
