Candidates from IT Presales, ERP Presales, or Technology Solutioning backgrounds without BPO Presales experience will not qualify.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Role Purpose:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for an experienced and strategic leader to drive solutioning, presales, and large deal pursuits across Business Process Services (BPS/BPO). The individual will be responsible for designing differentiated, commercially viable, and transformation-led solutions for global clients while partnering closely with Sales, Delivery, Transition, Digital, Finance, and Operations teams.</p><p>This role will play a critical part in shaping and winning large outsourcing opportunities by creating compelling business solutions, operating models, transformation roadmaps, and value propositions.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Solutioning & Presales Leadership</p><ul><li>Lead end-to-end solution architecture for large and complex BPO/BPS opportunities.</li><li>Drive RFI, RFP, RFQ, proactive proposals, and deal shaping initiatives.</li><li>Design target operating models covering people, process, technology, governance, and transition approaches.</li><li>Create compelling value propositions, transformation roadmaps, pricing strategies, and business cases.</li><li>Conduct client workshops, solution presentations, due diligence sessions, and solution defense meetings.</li></ul><p>Pursuit & Deal Management</p><ul><li>Partner with Sales and Account teams to qualify opportunities and improve win rates.</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Transition, Delivery, Technology, HR, Finance, Pricing, Legal, and Risk.</li><li>Support commercial discussions, solution validation, and proposal governance.</li><li>Own proposal quality, submission timelines, and stakeholder alignment.</li></ul><p>Transformation & Innovation</p><ul><li>Embed AI, GenAI, Automation, Analytics, and Digital Transformation strategies into client solutions.</li><li>Develop innovative service delivery models focused on productivity, customer experience, and cost optimization.</li><li>Build reusable assets, accelerators, frameworks, and industry-leading solution components.</li></ul><p>Practice Growth</p><ul><li>Support pipeline generation and revenue growth initiatives.</li><li>Identify market trends, competitor positioning, and emerging opportunities.</li><li>Collaborate with leadership teams to create industry-specific and horizontal offerings.</li><li>Represent the organization in client engagements, industry events, and thought leadership forums.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Experience</strong></p><ul><li>18+ years of total experience.</li><li>Minimum 8-10 years in BPO/BPS Presales, Solutioning, Deal Consulting, Bid Management, or Large Deal Pursuit roles.</li><li>Proven experience in designing and winning complex BPO/BPM outsourcing engagements.</li><li>Strong knowledge of global delivery models, transition planning, workforce sizing, pricing, and commercial constructs.</li><li>Experience working with multi-functional teams during pursuit and transformation programs.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Educational Qualification</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)</li><li>MBA or equivalent management qualification preferred</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Strong track record in BPO/BPM industry.</li><li>Ability to engage with CXO-level stakeholders.</li><li>Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.</li><li>Excellent storytelling, presentation, and consulting skills.</li><li>Experience across any domain is acceptable; however, <strong>BPO Presales & Solutioning experience is mandatory</strong>.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Mandatory Screening Criteria</strong></p><p>✅ BPO/BPM/BPS Presales Experience</p><p> ✅ Solutioning and Large Deal Pursuit Experience</p><p> ✅ RFP/RFI/RFQ Ownership Experience</p><p> ✅ Global Delivery Model Knowledge</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Not Eligible</strong></p><p>❌ IT Services Presales only</p><p> ❌ Technology Solution Architects without BPO solutioning experience</p><p> ❌ ERP/Product Presales profiles</p><p> ❌ Pure Operations leaders without Presales experience</p>
