The work involves reviewing information, finding patterns and unusual activity, assessing potential fraud and compliance concerns, and maintaining accuracy and quality in operational work. The role also requires regular communication with managers, colleagues and other stakeholders. What You'll Do Research and analyze data to identify patterns, trends and unusual activity. Review transaction trends and user behavior across different locations and other relevant parameters. Identify possible fraud, risk and compliance concerns. Assess potential risks connected with financial transactions and customer relationships. Meet assigned productivity, accuracy and quality targets. Identify ways to improve operational processes and deliverables. Work with internal and external stakeholders on assigned activities. Follow established policies, guidelines and quality standards. What You Need Graduation is mandatory. PC and CMM are required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good judgment and decision-making ability. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to identify patterns, connect information and reach logical conclusions.
