Experience: 3–5 years in Medent & Empower EMR experience

Key Responsibilities

Handle Accounts Receivable for US healthcare clients

Follow up with insurance companies on unpaid or denied claims

Analyze and resolve claim denials and rejections

Work on aging reports and ensure timely collections

Maintain accurate documentation and updates in billing systems

Preferred Skills

Strong understanding of US healthcare billing and RCM processes

Excellent communication and calling skills

Knowledge of the claim lifecycle (submission to payment)

Familiarity with denial management and AR follow-ups
