Amazon PPC Manager (Global)

VedaOils | Gurugram | On-site

We manufacture natural personal care products in our own facility in Gurugram — cold-pressed oils, essential oils, and finished haircare and skincare. We sell on Amazon in India, the US, UAE, UK and Germany, plus our own D2C stores.

We are looking for one person to own Amazon advertising across every market we sell in.

The problem you'd be solving

Our Amazon India account is growing fast but our advertising is not yet run properly. Campaign structure is inconsistent, so it is hard to see what a keyword actually costs and returns. Search term reports are not harvested regularly, which means we are almost certainly paying for the same clicks twice. Our brand impression share on our own core keywords is under 1%. We have four more marketplaces where advertising is barely running at all.

Nobody owns this end to end today. You would be the first person to.

What you'd own

All Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display campaigns across India, US, UAE, UK and Germany

Rebuilding campaign structure so that every keyword's cost and return can be read in under a minute

Weekly search term harvesting — graduating converters, negating waste

Bid and budget management, placement modifiers, and dayparting

Launch advertising plans for new products, including how much loss to accept for how long to win rank

Contribution after advertising — not just ACOS. You will need to know the margin on the products you are spending against

The weekly advertising report that the founder runs on: spend, ACOS, TACOS, contribution, and what changed and why

Working with our content and inventory teams — an ad on a weak listing or an out-of-stock product is wasted money, and part of this job is saying so

What we're looking for

4+ years running Amazon PPC hands-on, in the console yourself. Not managing an agency that does it

Experience with a large catalogue — several hundred SKUs or more — because structure matters far more at that size than at twenty SKUs

Experience in more than one Amazon marketplace, or a clear reason you can pick it up quickly

You must be comfortable with numbers. You should be able to work out a break-even ACOS from a price and a margin without a spreadsheet

Advanced Excel or Google Sheets. Bulk file operations are a strong plus

Helium 10, or a similar tool, used for real keyword work

Based in or willing to relocate to Gurugram. This role is on-site

Nice to have, not required: beauty or personal care category experience, Amazon Ads certification, Amazon Marketing Cloud, DSP.

How we hire

A short written test, then a conversation. The test is practical — real numbers, real campaign decisions. We would rather see how you think than read about it.

Why this role is worth your time

You would own the whole account, in five countries, with no agency in between and no committee to negotiate with. You report directly to the founder, and you get a real budget rather than a token one. We are scaling Amazon India significantly over the next year and launching the US market, so the work gets harder and more interesting rather than settling into routine.

Apply with your CV and one paragraph: the largest monthly ad spend you have personally controlled, in rupees or dollars, and the ACOS you held at that spend.
