Amazon Marketplace Manager

Hey! We're Huel, and we're pleased to meet you

Our culture thrives on high performance, and we set the bar high for new Hueligans who join us.

We invite you to read the advert below for our new Amazon Marketplace Manager position to understand the role, and explore our 7 Huel values before applying to ensure we have the right working environment for you!

The role

Huel is building a world class internal Amazon capability. Reporting to our Head of Marketplaces, you'll run the day-to-day performance of our Amazon business: leading advertising, managing the platform itself, and helping shape the strategy that drives the channel forward.

  • Take ownership of Amazon advertising across Huel's global channels, executing and optimising Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands (Video and Standard) and Sponsored Display campaigns.

  • Manage the full keyword lifecycle, from harvest to isolation, applying best-practice targeting strategies and campaign structures to maximise performance.

  • Drive a full-funnel advertising approach across DSP and STV, using AMC Audiences and placement modifiers to boost visibility and conversion.

  • Optimise campaigns against agreed ROAS guardrails, ensuring Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Products work together to drive incremental value and efficiency.

  • Turn data into action! Use AMC reporting tools (e.g. Intentwise) to analyse customer journeys, NTB performance and attribution, managing campaigns through platforms such as Pacvue or Perpetua.

  • Make sure Huel shows up brilliantly on Amazon! Own and optimise UK and US product listings, including A+ content, Brand Store and imagery, driving visibility and conversion.

  • Manage pricing, promotions and account health, monitoring the Buy Box, unauthorised resellers and listing issues, while keeping a close eye on FBA inventory and customer feedback.

  • Partner with our Head of Marketplaces to shape Amazon channel strategy, bringing insights from advertising performance, search trends and competitor activity.

  • Support sales forecasting, budget allocation and key retail events such as Prime Day, BFCM and Spring Sale, coordinating promotions, inventory readiness and advertising.

  • Support new product launches on Amazon and deliver clear weekly and monthly performance reporting, highlighting what's working and where we can improve.

What we're looking for in you

  • 3+ years of hands-on Amazon Sponsored Ads experience at meaningful scale (£5m+), with a proven track record of driving performance.

  • A systematic approach to keyword management, from harvest to isolation, with a strong understanding of target segregation, negative targeting and campaign clustering.

  • Solid experience with DSP and STV, understanding where they add value across the funnel and how to maximise their impact.

  • Confident using ad management platforms such as Pacvue or Perpetua, with familiarity in AMC reporting and tools like Intentwise. SQL knowledge is a bonus!

  • Hands-on experience managing Seller Central, including listings, catalogue, pricing, promotions and account health, alongside a strong understanding of Buy Box, Subscribe & Save and FBA inventory.

  • Comfortable contributing to sales forecasts, analysing performance and turning data into clear, actionable insights using Excel or Google Sheets.

  • A confident communicator who's commercially curious, proactive and able to influence senior stakeholders, bring data-backed recommendations to the table and collaborate across teams.

  • Bonus points for experience across multiple Amazon markets (UK, US, EU), Vendor Central, FMCG/CPG or DTC brands, and wider paid media channels such as Google Ads, Meta or TikTok.
