Amazon Account Specialist / Brand Manager - Full Time, Long Term, Well Paying

About The Role We are a USA based business selling our own custom branded private label products on Amazon USA. We are expanding our catalog and need support with our growth. We are looking for an experienced Amazon Account Manager to take ownership of our catalog management, listing optimization, product launch execution, and daily Amazon operations.

This role requires hands-on Amazon Private Label experience. You will work closely with a small team to drive product growth, improve listing performance, monitor account health, and support new product development from research through post-launch optimization.

We are looking for someone who can work independently, solve problems proactively, and provide clear, data-driven recommendations while maintaining a high level of accuracy and organization.

Key Responsibilities

Amazon Listing & Catalog Management
  • Create, optimize, and maintain Amazon listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, and variation structures.
  • Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization using keyword tools
  • Monitor listing health, suppressions, stranded inventory, catalog errors, and compliance issues.
  • Manage flat file uploads, variation troubleshooting, browse node updates, and catalog maintenance.
Product Launch & Growth
  • Coordinate new product launches, listing readiness, inventory planning, and launch execution.
  • Monitor post-launch performance including sales, conversion rates, keyword rankings, reviews, inventory levels, and competitor activity.
  • Identify opportunities to improve traffic, conversions, profitability, and sales performance.
Seller Central Operations
  • Manage daily Amazon Seller Central activities and account operations.
  • Monitor account health, customer feedback, returns, compliance issues, and operational risks.
  • Create and manage Amazon support cases, dispute tickets, and issue resolution processes.
  • Ensure products remain compliant with Amazon policies and marketplace requirements.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
  • Track key performance metrics including sessions, conversion rate, sales, keyword rankings, profitability, inventory levels, and BSR.
  • Prepare regular reports with actionable recommendations, priorities, risks, and next steps.
  • Maintain organized documentation, trackers, Google Sheets, and operational records.
Product Research & Development Support
  • Conduct product, market, competitor, and review analysis to identify product opportunities and improvement ideas.
  • Provide clear recommendations supported by research and business reasoning.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of hands-on Amazon Private Label experience.
  • Strong experience with Amazon Seller Central and related Amazon 3rd Party Tools
  • Proven experience managing listings, catalog operations, product launches, and account health.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon SEO, keyword research, competitor analysis, and conversion optimization.
  • Experience with variation creation, suppression recovery, flat files, compliance cases, and catalog troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of Amazon FBA operations, inventory planning, and replenishment management.
  • Comfortable using AI tools
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and provide clear updates and recommendations.
  • Comfortable using SOPs while exercising sound business judgment and critical thinking.
