Our client is based in Dallas, Texas, and has established a strong eCommerce business in the swimming pool category, selling pool products through its own websites, Amazon, and other US marketplaces. The company also operates in logistics, distribution, and third-party fulfillment, supporting the day-to-day operations behind its online sales.

About the Role

We are in search of a 3PF Operations Associate who will be working with our client based in the United States. Our client is a Logistics, Distribution, and E-Commerce company.

In this role, you will be responsible for working through all steps of the company’s 3rd party fulfillment operations and will also be working closely with the Sr. Director of 3rd party fulfillment.

Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is versatile, detail-oriented, and big big-picture thinker. You must also possess impeccable English language communication skills in both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

  • Warehouse Coordination: Communicate daily with 3PF Warehouse Leads regarding shipments to third-party fulfillment centers and provide updates to the Director of 3rd Party Logistics.

  • Shipment Creation and Tracking: Create and monitor shipments within company software systems, tracking progress from picking through dispatch and receipt at the fulfillment center.

  • Amazon FBA Operations: Coordinate and monitor shipments to Amazon fulfillment centers through Amazon Seller Central, ensuring shipment information is accurate and identifying receiving discrepancies.

  • Inventory Reconciliation and Recovery: Investigate inventory shipped to Amazon that has not been received or accounted for. File and manage Amazon Seller Central cases, submit supporting documentation, and follow through to resolution.

  • Data Tracking and Reporting: Complete and maintain tracking forms in Google Workspace and prepare accurate Excel reports to support departmental operations, verifying formulas, calculations, and reported data.

  • Marketplace Compliance: Ensure shipments meet the applicable shipping, preparation, labeling, and fulfillment requirements established by each marketplace.

  • Process Accuracy and Timeliness: Monitor each stage of the fulfillment process, follow up on delays or discrepancies, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure tasks are completed promptly and accurately.

Competencies and Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 2–3 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or operations roles.

  • Strong understanding of logistics, warehouse operations, and fulfillment processes, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipment coordination.

  • Hands-on experience using Amazon Seller Central, particularly for Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) operations.

  • Experience filing and managing Amazon Seller Central cases to investigate and recover inventory shipped to Amazon but not received or accounted for.

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including working with formulas, validating calculations, and preparing accurate reports to support departmental operations.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, particularly spreadsheet tools used for operational tracking and reporting.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple shipments, resolve discrepancies, and meet operational deadlines.

Nice-to-Have

  • Data Analysis: Experience analyzing operational data, identifying trends, and recommending improvements.

  • Performance Metrics: Experience setting and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve 3PF operations.

  • Cost Management: Experience monitoring operational costs and optimizing resource allocation to improve efficiency.

  • Walmart Seller Center: Hands-on experience using Walmart Seller Center.
