Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop engaging short-form video scripts in Hindi
2. Convert product requirements into compelling educational and storytelling content
3. Humanise AI-generated scripts by improving flow, tone and conversational quality
4. Proofread and validate all AI-generated content before production
5. Ensure scripts are culturally appropriate and resonate with Indian audiences
6. Collaborate with the creative lead on content strategy, concepts and storytelling
7. Generate multiple script variations for experimentation
8. Maintain consistency across different content categories
9. Continuously improve AI prompts and workflows to increase production quality and speed
