About the Role

We are looking for a highly active, responsible, and quick-responsive Admin Support Intern who can assist the HR and Operations team with day-to-day coordination and communication.

The selected candidate will act as a central backup support person for the team. Whenever an HR/team member posts a query in the designated group and no one responds within 3 minutes, the Admin Support Intern will take ownership of the query, provide the appropriate response if they know the answer, or coordinate with the concerned person/team to get it resolved.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Actively monitor designated HR, Admin, and Operations groups.
2. Track unanswered queries and ensure timely responses.
3. Take ownership of any query that remains unanswered for more than 3 minutes.
4. Provide the correct information when the query is within your knowledge or scope.
5. Coordinate with the concerned HR, Admin, Sales, Support, or Management team to obtain the required answer.
6. Ensure the person who raised the query receives a response without unnecessary delay.
7. Follow up on pending or unresolved queries.
8. Assist HR and management with routine administrative activities.
9. Coordinate meetings, interviews, onboarding activities, and internal communications when required.
10. Share important announcements, reminders, documents, and updates with the concerned teams.
11. Maintain basic records, trackers, and reports using Google Sheets/Excel.
12. Monitor team communication channels and identify queries requiring immediate attention.
13. Escalate sensitive or confidential matters to the appropriate senior/team member.
14. Assist in maintaining smooth day-to-day coordination between different departments.
