<p>We are #hiring for a leading NGO!</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Talent Acquisition (50%)</strong></p><p><br></p><p> Own end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical roles.</p><p> Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.</p><p> Source, assess, and engage high-quality talent through multiple channels.</p><p> Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.</p><p> Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.</p><p> Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring effectiveness.</p><p> Support employer branding initiatives to position Ias an employer of choice</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>HR Business Partnering (20%)</strong></p><p><br></p><p> Partner with managers and staff on day-to-day people operations.</p><p> Support performance management, employee engagement, learning, and development</p><p>initiatives.</p><p> Facilitate onboarding, confirmations, employee transitions, and exit processes.</p><p> Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance culture.</p><p> Promote employee well-being and ensure a positive staff experience.</p><p>HR Operations & Office Administration (20%)</p><p> Manage staff records, HR documentation, HRIS, and policy administration.</p><p> Support payroll inputs, leave administration, and compliance activities.</p><p> Coordinate office administration, vendor management, workplace logistics, and asset management.</p><p> Ensure smooth execution of HR processes and operational excellence.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>People Analytics (10%)</strong></p><p><br></p><p> Prepare HR dashboards and people reports.</p><p> Analyse recruitment, headcount, attrition, and engagement metrics.</p><p> Use data-driven insights to improve people decisions and organisational effectiveness.</p><p>Travel: 20% travel for Annual meetings, team meetings and discussions as per the role</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What We Are Looking For</strong></p><p><br></p><p> 7–10 years of HR experience with strong expertise in Talent Acquisition.</p><p> Experience hiring for startups, healthcare, technology, social enterprises, or nonprofit organisations.</p><p> Experience in HR Business Partnering, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations.</p><p> Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel up to 20% for annual meetings, team meetings,</p><p>workshops, and other mission-related discussions, as required by the role.</p><p> MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related discipline.</p><p> 7–10 years of HR experience with strong expertise in Talent Acquisition.</p><p> Experience hiring for startups, healthcare, technology, social enterprises, or nonprofit organisations.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Skills</strong></p><p><br></p><p> Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.</p><p> Familiarity with AI-powered HR and recruitment tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot,</p><p>LinkedIn Recruiter AI, or similar) to improve sourcing, communication, reporting, and operational efficiency.</p><p> Experience supporting remote or distributed teams.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Send your CV to: apply@jobs.atrios.in & swati.ojha@atrios.in [Subject Line: AC:121:HR Partner - People and Culture] Note: Please ensure you use the exact subject line for quicker response</p>
